Risk and Liability: Guest assume  a reasonable degree of risk when using the facilities or amenities and Eyes on Lake Marion and its staff are not held liable in such instances.  Guests assume liability for damages that may occur through their own negligence or the negligence of their guest and shall not hold the owners for any such occurrence

Party events: All parties will be limited to the banquet area. Parties must abide by the specified occupancy. A private dining room seats up to 10 is available at an additional charge.

Attachments: No guest shall attach any temporary or permanent fixture to the facilities, or trees. All decorations must be removed completely.

Parking: All vehicles must remain on the exterior of the fenced area.

Check In/Check Out: Guest check in at 3:00 PM and check out is at 11:00 AM. The banquet hall hours are flexible based on the times of events
